What do I actually do?

When we look at life through the eyes of the dying, those touched by loss,
or those who have faced death itself, we do not see society’s expectations - we see sincerity.
We see meaning.
A true approach to life shouldn’t be lost in daily life; it should be what grounds it.

I am standing at the beginning of a new era in my life.

I can feel it, I can see it, and I can recognize it.

The change is unstoppable.

Over the past year, my life and perspective have shifted profoundly. For months, I experienced the full spectrum of emotions and faced countless challenges. I’ve reevaluated my relationships, changed jobs, and finally moved. I learned to look myself in the eye and encourage myself and, most importantly, to listen to my soul.

I want to live only the kind of life that comes from my heart.

So what do I do?

I am alive. I live. I breathe.

Every morning I greet a new day, and I choose how to spend it.

I live in tune with the rhythms of nature.

  • I blog.  I write.
  • I’m involved in creative work.
  • As a yoga teacher, I share my love of yoga through online yoga guidance.

And at night I thank and go to sleep. Like everyone else.

I no longer distinguish between work, vacation, weekdays, weekends, colleagues, or friends. Everything feels the same; it all directly belongs to the life I live with my loved ones. I seek good energy, friendship, and love in it. But to have that, I need to create harmony for it to be possible at all. But honestly, in our often fast-paced, stressful society, where many people live under pressure and face clear expectations, it’s almost impossible.

However, that doesn't stop me. I found a path in life that feels honest and alive to me. Because real life means more than anything else.

And so,

I look with my soul through my eyes,

listen with my soul through my ears,

enjoy scents with my soul through my nose,

taste with my soul thanks to the taste buds on my tongue,

and feel with my soul - not only through my sense of touch

but also through the inner sense that connects us to the magic of life itself.

Life is a journey of experiences.

Here is my writing...

...where you can begin exploring both my world and your own through words, stories, and reflections. And you can also find more of my work in my studio.

A  Personal Letter

to the heart, find a little guidance, and create more balance in your everyday life.

I do energy work, love taking photos, and I’ve started traveling againAll of this is an integral part of my daily life; it is both my work and my being. Of course, there are other nice and important things... I spend time with my soulmates, go out into nature, do sports, clean, and take care of the household. I handle everyday matters, cook, and read. Basically, everything that belongs to daily human activities.

Truly, I am a soul that lives deep within me.

I want to seek out and share the everyday beauty that surrounds us

- the kind that brings joy to our lives.

It is essential to be true to yourself. Living a better life requires finding belief in life. I am ready to experience happiness, wonder, and gratitude in every new day. By doing something that feels bigger than myself, I am a part of it, whether I want to be or not, because life just happens.

C’est la vie.
